Step 1
To extend your database further, right click on Demo database in Enterprise Manager.
Another window will appear as shown below:
Step 2
Click on the Location and then set the location to D with a folder called Demo (or another Drive). Then set the allocation size for this file.
Step 3
Click Ok when done.
